Thermaltake Core P8 Tempered Glass, a chassis that supports up to 18 fans
Having our components well cooled is very important, since they allow them to extend their operating life. The lower the temperature at which they work, the better and longer they can work. With this in mind Thermaltake is working on a Core P8 Tempered Glass case that supports E-ATX motherboards. Its main characteristics is it supports up to 18 fans inside.
The company works on a large chassis with a large number of fans to avoid temperature problems. Perhaps the big problem is that the fronts are rather decorative, since they are glued to the front glass. The big question for this chassis would be, do we really need so many fans to keep our system well cooled?

This new Thermaltake chassis is quite atypical, due to the number of fans and the possibilities it offers. This chassis has dimensions of 660x260x626mm and offers support for E-ATX motherboards. In addition to supporting up to 18 fans, it has a tempered glass window on the top, front and bottom. Yes, the fans at the top wouldn't be of much use either.
We have on the front support for four 120mm fans or three 140mm fans. These fans are useless and hardly serve to move air, since the cold air capture would be blocked by the front glass. More or less the same thing happens with the upper fans. Here we also find support for three 140mm and four 120mm fans.
But there is capacity for even more fans in this chassis. The bottom and right side also support four 120mm fans or three 3m fans. The rear has space for two 1400mm fans or one 120mm fan. The fans that can work best are the rear fans and those located on the right side. The rest of the fans (even the lower ones), would have a limited performance.
Unfortunately Thermaltake has not given an official price or release date for this monstrous chassis. It looks cheap, of course, it doesn't.
