Tp-Link announces collaboration with Qualcomm for Wi-Fi 7 products

The TP-Link brand has just announced a collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc to offer a series of XGS-PON and Wi-Fi 7 solutions. The XGS-PON series of products includes Wi-Fi 7 HGU equipment and SFP+ ONU modules.

They will make use of access technologies via fiber optics and Wi-Fi 7 Mesh, so TP-Link's XGS-PON equipment is designed to offer a high-speed Internet connection and a stable and uninterrupted Wi-Fi network.

ONTsXGS-PON offer higher performance in the home environment. The XGB810v model has 8 internal antennas strategically positioned to achieve coverage in all directions with high gain, total isolation and wide signal. It is capable of achieving a speed of up to 19 Gbps through all three bands with Qualcomm 10G Fiber Gateway Platform technology. It also optimizes signal strength to provide a quality connection to a large number of devices simultaneously while maintaining reduced latency. This way you can get streaming in 4K resolution without interruptions, playing online games without interruptions and high-speed downloads.

The XGB810v features TAUC cloud management and TR-069/TR-369 protocols, TR-181 Multi-AP for EasyMesh and Data Elements topology, and advanced Wi-Fi diagnostics. It also offers API services and a custom mobile application for end users.

The latest of Tp-Link's XGS-PONs is the XGM10A XGS-PON ONU SFP+ module, which uses multiple Ethernet UNI modes for flexible Internet service plan options and scalability. It enhances TP-Link's ecosystem of products by pairing with Wi-Fi 7 routers and Qualcomm-based Mesh systems, such as the EB810v and HB810.
