Pokemon Go: New Eggstravaganza Event Begins

Earlier this week, the news came that Pokemon Go reached 65 million active users, today the event called Eggstravaganza began.

At the beginning of the week it was announced that the game had more than 65 million players on a monthly basis. Which shows that, although the boom that produced its arrival at its premiere has already died down, it is still one of the most popular games in history on mobile devices. To continue succeeding, Niantic continues trying to keep all its players active with another event that starts today and is called Eggstravaganza.

From today until April 20, all users will get the double points of experience when performing the actions, both for hatching eggs, catching Pokemon or turning PokeStops. They also encourage the purchase of lucky eggs, which will be at half price during this time. Which is quite beneficial, since when using these items the experience is multiplied by two and during this event by four.

Another novelty that this event brings, according to Niantic, during this event you can get a "great variety" of Pokemon by hatching the 2 km eggs. Without specifying what they mean by "great variety", but we will get twice as many candies for hatching them.

Another very little worked attempt by Niantic, to keep their players entertained, in which I include myself and who are quite disappointed by the work they have done during this time. As we already knew a while ago, the cooperative or group missions will arrive sooner rather than later, and that there will be a legendary Pokemon event before the end of this year 2017. But not to mention the transfer or the combats between the users themselves.
