ASUS FX95DD, gaming laptop for the Chinese market with an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H and an NVIDIA GTX 1050

The ASUS FX95DD laptop is on sale in China, which carries an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H processor and is complemented with an NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics.

AMD Ryzen processors sell well for desktops, but they are having a hard time getting into laptops. Few first-generation Ryzen laptops were on the market. The arrival of the Raven Ridge APUs has given them more prominence and the Ryzen 2000 have been better received, but not too much. Due to the shortage of Intel processors, manufacturers seem to be increasing the demand for Ryzen for laptops. ASUS is one of these manufacturers, who has launched in China the FX95DD laptop with a Ryzen 3000 Series (more or less)

This ASUS FX95DDD laptop is characterized by having a 15.6-inch IPS panel with FullHD resolution of 1920 × 1080 @ 120Hz. The interesting thing is in the processor, which is an AMD Ryzen 7 3750H, with four cores and eight threads. A processor that works at 2.3GHz base frequency and in Boost mode reaches 4.0GHz. The catch is that it's a 12nm litho APU with a 35W TDP. It is not a new processor, it is a Zen + accompanied by a Radeon Vega 10 @ 1.4GHz. It should be noted that this laptop also integrates NVIDIA GTX 1050 dedicated graphics for gaming.

Regarding the rest of the specifications, it has 8GB DDR4 @ 2400MHz (very slow for a Ryzen) and can be expanded up to 32GB. A 2GB M.512 SSD has been provided for storage. In terms of connectivity, it has USB 3.0, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and HDMI. It has a battery of unspecified capacity but that offers 5 hours of autonomy. It weighs 2.2Kg and the sale price in China is 760 euros. There is nothing, but nothing bad.
