AMD Fails to Meet Demand for Laptop Processors and Manufacturers Order Processors from Intel
Recently the laptop manufacturer XMG raised the hare, and reported on the lack of stock of AMD Ryzen 4000H processors. This manufacturer informed customers of a lack of stock and therefore a delay in the delivery of the demanded products. This problem would be being experienced by other laptop manufacturers, which due to the shortage, would have returned to Intel.
Previously there have been rumors about stock problems of AMD processors, but about desktop processors. This would be refuted by AMD's demand for TSMC for 2021 twice as many wafers as at present. The company would go from 8.000 current wafers to 16.000 wafers between the 7nm and 5nm lithography.

Intel benefits from lack of stock of AMD Ryzen processors for laptops
Although Intel is not up for many trots either, it seems that they would be able to cope with the demand. Previously, AMD benefited from stock problems at Intel, which had more demand than production capacity. The thing for the Core processors would have improved by outsourcing the Pentium and Celeron processors. Still, there are serious doubts whether Intel can meet the increased demand.
What's more, AMD recently brought the Ryzen 4000G to market for OEM equipment and All-in-One systems only. The decision would be given because it could not supply this market and the consumer market at the same time. Processors barely have time to get out of TSMC that have already been sold.
All of this would have caused AMD to increase demand by 2021, a demand that could continue to rise. Keep in mind that the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are based on semi-custom Ryzen chips from AMD. If they sell well and demand for chips continues to run wild, they may demand more wafers from TSMC. Another thing is that the Taiwanese foundry can support the increase in demand.
