Porsche Design and AGON by AOC present the PD49 curved monitor

Porsche Design has collaborated with AGON by AOC to jointly introduce the Porsche Design | AOC AGON PRO PD49 curved gaming monitor. It comes after having been awarded the “iF Design Award 2023″ and the “Red Dot Award: Product Design 2023″.

This monitor comes equipped with a QD-OLED panel in a size of 49″ and a 32:9 aspect ratio, equivalent to two screens. Thus, the PD49 monitor from Agon by AOC offers esports-level performance for high competition, with a refresh rate of 240 Hz and GtG response time of 0,03 ms.

Features of the Agon PD49 Curved Monitor

Its thickness of approximately 5 mm houses a curved and thin QD-OLED panel that extends over an imposing 49″ screen. Its 1800R curvature covers the user's entire field of vision for total immersion. With a dual QHD resolution of 5120 × 1440 pixels, a maximum brightness of 1.000 nits and certified with VESA Display HDR True Black 400, images shown with 1.070 million colors thanks to its 10-bit color depth.

Its HDR reproduction allows you to appreciate the game worlds in greater detail. Its 240 Hz refresh rate is ideal for competitive games, along with its effective response time of 0,03 ms GtG. The use of Adaptive-Sync allows a variable refresh rate, so that at all times the images flow with immersive continuity and without tearing.

The PD49 takes advantage of sports car designs from Porsche, with a sandblasted cast aluminum support reminiscent of the steering wheel and steering wheel spokes of a sports car. Its rear part is inspired by the radiator grill of a Porsche 911.

It's compatible with HDMI 2.1 and DisoplayPort 1.4, which will be compatible with all devices in the home. Its USB hub and four USB 3.2 ports and an RJ-45 input allow complete connectivity.
