Xiaomi continues to impress at CES 2017, this time with the Mi Router HD
The Chinese brand Xiaomi has started CES 2017 very strong with several announcements in different technological fields. First it was the version of the Xiaomi Mi Mix in white, then came the Xiaomi TV 4 with an ultra-thin 4K four panel and now they have presented their first router, the Mi Router HD. Shortly before the presentation of this product, the company announced that all the devices in the Mi range would be connected to each other and that they could be easily controlled through the Mi Home application, after which they completed the synchronization of their devices by presenting the new router. This has an aluminum chassis that helps dissipate heat.

The hardware you mount on your device is no nonsense, it contains a Qualcomm IPQ8064 @ 28nm LP quad core processor (2x Krait 300 @ 1.40 GHz for control and applications plan + 2x Network Subsystem (NSS) @ 730 MHz to speed up processing packet) and that go in conjunction with four high-gain antennas. The connectivity offered by this device is WiFi 802.11ac with 4 × 4 MU-MIMO @ 2600 Mbps. There are two versions of this Mi Router HD as far as storage is concerned, the first version has 1TB of internal storage while the second option has 8TB. Both models have automatic synchronization with our DropBox accounts and maximum quality storage. The price that comes out of the Chinese change will be 190 euros for the model with less capacity and 470 for the other model, neither of them has an official date of release on the market
