Mad Catz returns, who will return to the load on January 4, 2018 with new peripherals only for computers, although at the moment we do not know what they will present.

Some time ago, specifically on March 31, we echoed the disappearance of the Mad Catz brand, which in its day was one of the most important peripheral brands on the market, went bankrupt due to Rock Band 4 , catching his fingers making instruments for the game, a game that barely sold copies and less, quite expensive peripherals. It was not a surprise, rather it was the chronicle of an announced death and more of ceasing to operate on the New York Stock Exchange, where the company's shares were dead paper due to their devaluation.

Mad Catz took over the exclusivity of manufacturing the Rock Band 4 peripherals, which caused a heavy investment and ended in total failure, because the game sold absolutely nothing and that caused 10 million euros in peripherals gathering dust on the shelves. The company cut 37% of the workforce and the entire management was also fired. This journey also had the consequence of selling Saitek, a somewhat cheaper sub-brand to Logitech, in an unsuccessful attempt to clean up the accounts, something complicated if not impossible.

Well, it seems that the company returns or at least that says the 'Back In The Game', of the video that they have uploaded to YouTube. The video does not say directly that Mad Catz is back, but it does see a mouse with a unique design, in the style of the company. Next January 4, 2018 will be when the company officially announces the return and it seems that it will only focus on the computer market, developing new mice, headphones and gaming keyboards and leaving consoles aside.
