Raja Koduri posts a tweet, in which he boasts about his developments and that many would die to see them published, just after Intel revealed some prototypes, which according to this, would have been discarded.
This past week it was announced that Intel is working on a dedicated graphics card, something that does not take anyone by surprise, because it was obvious that Raja Koduri had signed with the largest processor manufacturer in the world, to work on dedicated graphics. At the moment it is only a prototype of the GPU that Koduri would be developing and for which, for sure, it has more funds than it had in AMD. Koduri also said that they are working on an amazing product that will lead to great things.
Koduri is now Director of Architecture and Vice President of CVCG, after leaving AMD due to the resounding failure of the RX Vega, graphics that consume more than two of the competition (NVIDIA) and that in performance do not compete with the high-end and Let's not talk about the price anymore. Now Koduri is focused on her work at Intel and things seem to be going so well that she claims to be working on something great.
He has also taken to Twitter to silence certain comments regarding speculation around him. His attempt to put an end to speculation has raised even more expectations in his developments, as he assures that 'many would die to see my drafts.' There is no lack of reason, because, if they launch a product that competes with NVIDIA, AMD can practically close the doors, because right now it is not a rival brand for NVIDIA, which only delays the new graphics, because the Pascals are very good and they don't have a rival to put pressure on them. Just the opposite of Intel and AMD in processors, where Ryzen is really a headache for Intel (in addition to Specter and Meltdown, of course).
