Samsung Cinema LED, 4K screens for cinemas and remove obsolete projectors
Samsung begins to install the Samsung Cinema LED screens, high quality screens with 4K resolution, which comes to replace the projection of movies using a projector.
Development and innovation are the foundations for any company that wants to lead the market and Samsung is one of the companies that works the most in the development of new technologies, which allow it to continue leading the technological market. Samsung has now introduced Cinema LED technology, a new type of screen developed to be installed in a large number of movie theaters around the world. The technology used in movie theaters has not been updated properly for several decades, basically being a high resolution projector that projects the image onto a large canvas.
The solution Samsung Cinema LED, is based, as the name suggests, on a series of panels based on LED technology that makes use of HDR technology, allowing it to reach 4K resolutions. Not only this, this type of screens are capable of offering up to ten times more luminosity than the projectors that can be found in any cinema, allowing to reach 146 foot-Lambert (this is a type of measurement unit used for the measurement of brightness of today's cinema screens).
Samsung has announced that the first of these screens will be installed in the Arena Cinema Sihlcity in the city of Zurich, Switzerland, being the first cinema, of which there is evidence, to have an LED screen, at least in Europe. Samsung has already started installing screens around the world, installing one at the Lotte Cinema World Tower in Seoul and at the Paragon Cineplex Theater in Bangkok, Thailand. Not much else is known about these screens, but they look like they are not cheap.

This is how the atmosphere of a lifetime is lost, the essence of cinema is lost ... I don't see it
