Two images leaked from China show two boxes of what would be the standard Xiaomi Mi 6 and a plus or vitaminized model, in which all its specifications can be seen, where a 30 mpx camera stands out.
After several possible designs of the Xiaomi Mi 6 were leaked. From the confirmation by its CEO, that the terminal will be presented in this month of April. And now some images have been leaked that show the box in which this Mi 6 would come.
The first one we analyze is a black box, where the specifications of a brutal Xiaomi Mi 6 are detailed.
A Soc Snapdragon 835 at 2.45 GHz, the same as the Galaxy S8, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. A terminal with benefits above any other.
In the design section, the screen would have a size of 5.15 inches, so a Mi Mix-style design could be ruled out. The battery has a capacity of 4.000 mAh, well above other top-of-the-range Xiaomi models, and at the same level as the Redmi models.
In terms of photography, it stands out for making use of a sensor, neither more nor less than 30 mpx. This is something that you might expect from a brand like Sony, which manufactures its own sensors, but not from a brand like Xiaomi, which has never stood out for its photographic section. Although we already know, not everything is megapixels, and the big brands such as LG and Samsung, are opting for quality sensors and great software processing, instead of increasing the megapixels.
In the second box, reduced technical specifications are described. While it makes use of the same Soc 835, this time it makes use of 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage.
Unlike the superior model, this terminal uses a 12 mpx camera, which would be normal.
The screen would remain the same size, 5.15 inches, but its battery would be reduced to 3.200 mAh.
It seems that in the end, Xiaomi's new flagship is not going to surprise us with its design. But, they have managed to baffle us by showing this camera with those 30 mpx. Hopefully the presentation is soon, and the terminal is up to expectations.
