Intel Xeon E5-2600 V5 processor goes on sale on eBay

The Intel Xeon E5-2600 V5 processor, belonging to the Intel Skylake-EP family, appears on eBay, which will have the LGA 3647 socket, which will have twenty-eight cores and a working frequency of 2.0GHz

The news around the processors does not stop and every day a novelty appears in the market for processors and hardware in general. The latest has come in the form of Intel's Skylake-EP processor, which by surprise has appeared on the eBay website, specifying that this processor is the E5-2600 V5, which has nothing more and nothing less than twenty-eight cores, which it is said soon. Theoretically, these processors are not yet on the market, with which, we are facing a full-blown leak.

The first images of the new Intel processor that have the LGA 3647 socket have been leaked, although we must emphasize that this offer may be false. Nor can it be verified, if we buy it, that it is genuinely an E5-2600 V5 processor, since there is currently no LGA 3647 motherboard on the market, therefore in the first instance we will not be able to use it and check if we really have a processor of twenty-eight cores. There would be nothing illegal in the sale of the processor, since we know that the Skylake-EPs have been distributed to some partners, therefore we only need to know who the seller is to know what company they came from.

On this processor, we see that it is an Intel Xeon named P8136, which does not match any known Intel nomenclature so far, although this processor would have a total of twenty-eight cores with fifty-six processing threads with no less than 38.75MB cache and has a TDP of 165W, belonging to the Intel Xeon family. It has been put on sale for $ 3750 and if we decide to buy it, we must bear in mind that we will not be able to use it, since it is a processor that has not reached the market and there are no compatible motherboards.
