Intel's Coffee Lake processors have just hit the market and there are still some stock problems with these new processors, especially the i7 8700K, which has six cores and twelve processing threads. The chipset for these processors is the Z370, but an Intel roadmap has shown the Z390. This chipset will apparently appear in the second half of 2018, but as of that date, this chipset has appeared on SiSoft.

We see in this case the motherboard has been developed by Supermicro, which, as we see in the screenshot, does not give data on this chipset, as is usual. We also see that a processor appears whose numbering that would indicate the model does not appear, although it does appear that it is with six cores and twelve processing threads, so it could be one that is on the market, although a reading error . It should be noted that rumors suggest that this chipset will offer support for eight-core processors, although we do not know if Intel will finally launch a Coffee Lake processor with two extra cores compared to those on the market.

We do not know much about this chipset, except that it was part of the Coffee Lake family and that it should have some improvement, because otherwise, it will not make much sense, why deceive us. It should be noted that the Roadmap appears in the second half of 2018, so we will see these motherboards during Computex, which is held in June. We also see that during the first quarter five new chipsets will arrive for these processors, allowing cheaper motherboards.
