Introduced the new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max by Apple, which increase in power, battery and implement three cameras.

The Apple event was full of news and among these was the top-of-the-range version of the iPhone. The company in addition to introduce iPhone 11, has also introduced the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Both terminals have important improvements, especially highlighting the triple rear camera. Of course they offer more power, more autonomy and other interesting features.

An event that has been escalating. The company has presented its platform for games and audiovisual content. Then it was the turn of the iPad and the Watch, to finally make the leap to the smartphone. They have clearly gone from software to hardware and from the most 'simple' proposal to the most advanced.

New screens for terminals

For the iPhone 11 Pro, a 5.8-inch OLED-type screen has been chosen. We have on the other hand the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which has a 6.5-inch screen, also OLED. In addition, these screens are the best on the market, with Super Retina XDR technology. It is a more advanced solution that allows the professional use of the terminals.

The display of the two terminals has a brightness of 1200 maximum nits. It has a density of 458 pixels per inch and a contrast of 2000000: 1. The terminal also has HDR mode, True Tone and a large color palette. In addition, Apple claims to have reduced battery consumption by 15%.

Without power there is no paradise

All of this is powered by the Apple A13 Bionic processor. Great power is expected, among others, because it is manufactured by TSMC under the 7nm node. It has AI technology through Neural Engine. The processor has a more adjusted consumption, so autonomy is improved. It will be accompanied with 64GB, 256GB and 512GB of capacity.

Apple also ensures that the autonomy of the iPhone 11 Pro is four hours higher than that of the iPhone Xs. Regarding the iPhone 11 Pro Max, it is increased by five hours compared to the iPhone Xs Max. Perhaps it is one of the most important aspects of this terminal.

The two terminals also implement fast charging, something that has been in demand for a long time. They are complemented by 18W chargers, thus allowing the terminal to be quickly charged.

Three cameras so we don't miss anything

The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max have three rear cameras. A sensor is increased with respect to the 'simple' iPhone 11. The strategy is clear, to once again be the company that integrates the best cameras in its terminals.

Sensors:

  • 12MP telephoto, 52mm focal length with ƒ / 2.0 aperture, 6 elements, OIS and Focus Pixels
  • 12MP 26mm focal length angle sensor with ƒ / 1.8 aperture, 6 elements, OIS and 100% Focus Pixels
  • 12MP wide angle, 13mm focal length with ƒ / 2.4 aperture, 5 elements, 120º of view.

By means of the AI implemented the terminals can get great pictures. Video recording has been greatly improved in both cases. They also have computational photography technology that handles deep fusion. They also have a night photography mode that is a real pass.
