Windows 10 will allow us to make calls from the mobile
Windows 10 includes in the Insider Preview Build the possibility of making calls from the mobile using the PC. At the moment it is limited to Android devices.
The latest version of Windows 10 Preview has enabled the ability to take calls from an Android phone directly on the desktop.

Microsoft notes that the update should be rolled out for those enrolled in the Insider program with versions 19H1 or later. Once accepted, it may take a few days for the Your Phone app to appear.
As for the minimum requirements, we will need an Android phone with Nougat or higher. It also requires Bluetooth support on Windows 10 PC to start taking and making calls.
