The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 already allows remote PC games to be played. At the moment this feature is exclusive to this model, with more coming to more Samsung phones and tablets.
While many games with content and depth have come natively to Android in recent years, some of the best titles are still only on PC and consoles, but with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 that is solved in a way. Mobile games are still marked as games made to pass the time, not as full games. Today, Samsung's PlayGalaxy PC game streaming app is available for Windows and the company's phones and tablets, but at the moment only for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
The PlayGalaxy app was quietly announced by Samsung alongside the debut of the Note 10 series , and today it's finally launching. The service will be available exclusively for Galaxy smartphones and tablets, but for now, it's only available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+. However, it will expand to more devices over time. Samsung is also limiting the PlayGalaxy app to the United States and Korea for the time being. Those of us in Spain will have to wait a little longer before we can enjoy it.
Your games on your mobile
For everything to work, we will first need a compatible PC. The full requirements are listed on the PlayGalaxy site, and include Windows 10, an Nvidia GTX 1060 or higher, Intel Core i5 or higher, and 8GB of RAM as minimum requirements. They don't ask for too much other than the graphics, but if you've recently revamped your PC you should be able to use it.
Once the PlayGalaxy application has been installed on the PC and the phone, both must be logged in with the same Samsung account. From there, most of the games you already have on your PC should work. If you don't see a game, you can also manually add it to the program. On your phone, you will have the option of playing games using on-screen controls, third-party Bluetooth controllers, or a keyboard and mouse. The biggest downside is that you will need to have the computer turned on, with which we simply gain the power to control the PC from a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
