AMD Radeon Adrenalin 20.1.3 Receive WHQL Certification

A few days ago the drivers were released by AMD Radeon Adrenalin 20.1.3 in beta to support RX 5600 XT. The RX 5600 XT graphics cards were released and to offer official support these drivers arrived. Now the company has released these WHQL certified drivers. Previous drivers may not have been certified by the RX 5600 XT graphics BIOS.

Remember that the RX 5600 XT comes to compete with the NVIDIA RTX 2060, which was lowered before the arrival of AMD graphics. To make up for its competitor's price cut, AMD released a new BIOS with higher frequencies. This increase in frequencies in the GPU and VRAM would be causing problems for assemblers.

These controllers also fixed some problems that appeared in the games Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus and Dragon Quest Builders 2, among others. But it should be noted that if we install these drivers we will lose the improvements of the Adrenalin 20.1.4 Beta drivers.

AMD has announced its new Radeon Adrenalin 20.1.4 graphics drivers with support for Warcraft III: Reforged. It offers a performance boost of up to 11% in “some scenarios.” It also receives full compatibility with the game Journey to the Savage Planet.

The following issues have also been fixed:

- Red Dead Redemption 2 under the Vulkan API, where some textures that are rendered square or block in some terrains

- Fixed freezing or black screen in Grand Theft Auto V when opening Radeon Overlay while playing games or moving between applications with the tab;

- Some games under the Vulkan API experience crashing or freezing when using Radeon Image Sharpening

- Now the Integer Scaling option will be present on computers with Windows 7

- Other fixes related to Radeon ReLive.
