NVIDIA publishes new Game Ready driver for Modern Warfare 3 and DLSS3

With just a few days left until the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, hardware manufacturers are expected to present drivers to optimize the game in question. And it is no wonder that Call of Duty is one of the game series that promotes the most sales, year after year. NVIDIA has already taken action on the matter, and has presented the new Game Ready driver, so that the graphics cards still supported have better compatibility and other optimizations with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

In addition to zero-day optimizations for Modern Warfare 3, this Game Ready driver also promises a better day-one gaming experience for the RoboCop: Rogue City, Desynced, and Jusant games. These three titles are also compatible with DLSS 3, NVIDIA's rescaling technology to improve gaming performance.

By using DLSS 3 with Frame Generation, users with an RTX 4000 GPU will have higher levels of performance. According to NVIDIA's internal tests, in the case of the game Jusant, the use of DLSS with Frame Generation achieves an improvement of up to 2,6 times in the frame rate per second in 4K resolution with maximum settings. RoboCop achieves a similar improvement of up to 2,6 times, also in the 4K resolution use case; using DLSS 3.

In addition to new DLSS titles and Game Ready optimizations, this new version of the driver also adds support for six additional G-Sync compatible displays. The affected displays do not have a G-Sync module inside, but they can use variable refresh rate by enabling G-Sync compatibility in the NVIDIA driver configuration options.

The new monitors supported thanks to this driver are the Acer X45, the AOC AG456UCZD and U27G3XM, the Galax Q3222SUC, the LG 32GR75Q and the MSI MPG341QR. The new NVIDIA Game Ready driver can now be downloaded through the GeForce Experience application, so it is better to download it from the official link for greater security, as there are agents that use driver searches to spread malware.
