The new Microsoft Office receives its biggest update of the year
Throughout 2016, the North American company has been updating Microsoft Office 365, they began improving the experience of the home page, thus creating a redesigned environment that is much easier to use so that companies and students can continue their work on any of their devices. The update also made access to a multitude of files, files and folders much easier and introduced a new platform for faster delivery of innovative features. These updates are expected to continue until early 2017.
Browse applications faster
With Microsoft Office on 155 access points, there is no standard user as they are distributed all over the world. As the company continues to expand and with it its product, they want to ensure that all their customers have uninterrupted access to their applications and services. The Office.com page now has a menu that shows you the most recently used applications and the most number of times. Over time, Office 365 will adapt to your use of applications.
Access your documents online
Microsoft says it values the time its customers spend working, so it wants to improve access to those unfinished documents. Users will now see more controls within the “Recent Documents” list to allow users to filter by document type across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and NoteOne. Users will also be able to choose which documents they want to be in the Quick Access list and place them there with one click.
What's to come
Apart from all the comments, Microsoft wants it to be easier for users to see their events, this functionality will be accompanied by creating a document on any device with Office 365 and through Office.com have access to another device. The North American company also points out that this is the beginning of a larger series of updates that will modernize its product, which will also be deployed in almost all parts of the world.
