NVIDIA releases GeForce Hotfix 431.68 drivers to fix mouse pointer issue

GeForce Hotfix 431.68 was released urgently by NVIDIA, which caused problems with the mouse pointer when exiting a game.

A few days ago NVIDIA released its GeForce 431.60 WHQL drivers. These last drivers offered support for the RTX 2080 Super and also improvements for games. The drivers had some major issues that have been fixed in GeForce Hotfix 431.68. The problem was that the mouse pointer when you exit a game does not work properly. This is a serious problem for users.

Those who have the aforementioned problem should install Hotfix 631.68 offered by NVIDIA. Those who do not have this problem, should not fear anything and wait for the next drivers. This arrangement does not offer anything else. This is one of the reasons why it is usually recommended to wait a few days before updating drivers, unless it is for something critical.

These are some of the improvements of the NVIDIA GeForce 431.60 WHQL

Drivers released by NVIDIA earlier in the week mostly supported the RTX 2080 Super. They are the new graphics cards launched by the company for the gaming market. Additionally, support was added for the games Wolfenstein: Youngblood, Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, Madden NFL 20, and the first Metro Exodus DLC.

With these new NVIDIA drivers, three monitors were added to the G-Sync Compatible standard. Monitors with this label are based on Adaptive Sync, but work well with G-Sync without the additional cost.

NVIDIA offers support for the NFL 20, but also adds support for SLI configurations in this game. The flickering problems that appeared on laptops with two GTX 1080 graphics cards in SLI configuration have been corrected. Ground flickering issues and icons for the World of Warcraft: Battle of Azeroth title have also been fixed. Finally, the HDR option can be accessed again within the Windows Control Panel.
