Private.sh a search engine that guarantees end-to-end privacy

Online privacy is becoming increasingly important to users, although it's difficult to browse without leaving many traces. Despite this, there are browsers that offer privacy , search engines that guarantee privacy, VPNs, and more. To enhance privacy, the Private.sh search engine has been developed. This search engine is a joint venture between Private Internet Access and Gigablast.

Getting good privacy is relatively simple and we can do it with a few simple rules. The first is to avoid sharing images and comments about our location, in addition to limiting location tagging. Stop sharing our life, use browsers that offer privacy or use VPN networks are other measures to achieve a certain anonymity on the network.

The Private.sh search engine is born, for greater privacy on the web

This search engine can be used through your web browser or via a Firefox or Chrome extension . Search data is encrypted locally and sent to the search provider, which in this case is Gigablast. These data packets are sent through a proxy that removes all information about the user performing the search. The public IP address is also removed.

Once the data packet reaches the destination, a return response is needed with the requested information. Here a proxy is applied again which encrypts the data, which is decrypted again in our system. Then everything is rendered by a JavaScript engine in the browser.

This browser is available anywhere in the world, so there are no restrictions on its use. The amount of advertising is minimal, with only one banner on the right sidebar. This banner is from a VPN service from Private Internet Access itself.

Despite the benefits, it was said that the code of this search engine would be released, which has not happened. It should be noted that they have promised to release the code, but at the moment there is no evidence of this.
