Windows 10 November 2019 Update v1909 adds improvements especially in functionalities and aesthetics

The big update Windows 10 November 2019 Update v1909 has been published, which implements, above all, some cosmetic and functionality updates.

The new Windows 10 update for November is available. The Windows 10 November 2019 Update v1909 is the second major update of the year. No significant additions have been made to the operating system. The main change is an update to the operating system's user interface, with some minor tweaks.

Changes have been made to the user interface to improve the ability to add items to the calendar directly from the calendar. They have optimized the classification of notifications. Accessibility to the Start menu and the ability to use accessible third-party software even on the lock screen have been optimized.

One rather interesting feature is that Windows 10 has the ability to select the highest-performing cores of a processor. It's similar to how Intel manages frequencies , where only the best core reaches the specified frequency.
