PUBG is being abandoned by streamers and gamers
Even those who play for a living want to keep playing PUBG. On Reddit, the comments explaining the issues are very noticeable on Reddit.
The one that a few years ago was the main promoter of the Battle Royale genre that today floods all kinds of games, today it does not reach the level of popularity it had. PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds loses players and streamers because they feel like they will never fix the game.
One of the most popular games with dozens of bugs
If something has characterized PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, it is that it has buegs, but not those that are very occasional and comic, but serious performance problems, optimization, sound that goes wrong ...
But the game does not stop receiving content. And that's good, right? It would be if that content were accompanied by improvements in its own base game. After six seasons and many years out of Early Access, it's still easy to run into bugs that were in the original version. And even that they have appeared over time.

Players are putting this game aside as Bluehole seems more focused on pulling microtransactions than fixing bugs. As of April 2018, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds had 1 concurrent players on average and a maximum of 100 players in Steam. In recent days, the average has reached only 250, which is a lot of players but the three-thirds drop in almost two years is noticeable. And we imagine that on the Xbox One and PlayStation 000 versions of PUBG, the player figures have also seen notable drops.
On the official PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds reddit, buggy comments have the highest scores. Even streamers who were very attached to the game, like Chotaco, have left it. He blames it on the bugs that have appeared with season 6 and the players ask for a rollback to be made. It's not pleasant to see how a game that was so loved constantly receives so much criticism, but it is a matter of Bluehole deciding to prioritize the work of fixing bugs and dedicating resources to it.

What a coincidence that I have Chocotaco playing PUBG right now
