Super Mario Run disappears from Apple's App Store, without any explanation

Widespread surprise by the disappearance of the title Super Mario Run from the Apple App Store, possibly to return again, as a completely free game.

Nintendo had the intention of replicating the success of Pokémon Go for smartphones with the Super Mario Run, but it has not had the same success, forcing to buy levels. It was last year when this title hit the market, first on iOS and then on Android. It's funny, but the iconic plumber game has been made from the App Store, without leaving a trace and for unknown reasons. We do not know if this is definitive, much less the reasons.

Anyone who right now wants to get a copy of the title on an Apple device will not be able to do so, since the Nintendo game is not available in this application store, but the weirdest thing of all is that in the Google Play Store of Android, you can continue downloading, without problems. Nintendo has not given any explanation or offered an explanatory statement, but a rumor has been generated that the Super Mario Run will return soon to the Apple store, but in this case it would be free.

We must also highlight that this happens a few days before a new Apple Keynote is produced, which, curiously, was the event where the Nintendo game was officially presented. It is possible that this game will be presented again at this event, but in this case it would be presented as a free title. It should be noted that this game has a cost to unlock the rest of the maps, for a price of € 9.99. We can play four levels, without paying, but once passed, we can no longer advance, if we do not pay per box. Due to the low success of the game, it is possible that Nintendo will make it free and add a micro-payment system.
