Sweclockers has received an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X processor and unboxed

Sweclockers receives the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X processor, specifically the reviewers kit, but the video is removed shortly after being uploaded to the YouTube channel.

AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors are beginning to show themselves and a few specialized media have begun to receive these processors, as is the case with Sweclockers, which already has its Threadripper processor review kit. The guys from Sweclockers made a video showing an unboxing of the processor, but as has happened with the video of the delidded of der8auer and the one of HardOCP talking about the AMD RX Vega 64 of assembler, it has flown from YouTube, although some frames of the video.

It seems that the review kit has a box reminiscent of a small CRT television combined with the eye of Sauron and the box also has an encapsulated Threadripper processor, which is possibly an assembler model or is defective, who knows. The truth is that the system is quite cool and we see how the AMD Threadripper is protected in a kind of rather curious encapsulation, without a doubt designed to effectively protect the Threadripper.

The video did not contain any relevant data about the processor, it was just a simple unboxing of the Threadripper 1950X, which, as we already know, has sixteen cores and thirty-two processing threads. The video, curiously, does not show at any moment the liquid cooling developed by Asetek for these new processors. The most curious of all this is that the kit has a Torx lead for the installation of the processor. What does not finish arriving are the benchmarks of the Threadripper, which we wait quite impatiently, since the competition of these processors with the Intel Basins Falls for the professional segment, is going to be quite tough.
