Twitch Reveals TwitchCon 2017 Date

The streaming platform Twith announces the date of its famous face-to-face event

Like every year, the largest online platform for streaming, especially video games, Twitch, has already planned its famous event to which many content creators from all over the world visit. This year the member company expects their number to grow significantly as they have moved to the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center in California, USA, from October 20-22.

Last year, this interesting convention that leaves more than one of us wanting to go, welcomed 35000 people, a great improvement considering that it had 20000 visitors. Their plans are quite ambitious, since to draw even more attention apart from the transfer of the site where it will be hosted, they have also announced within their schedule that more events not related to video games will be incorporated, thus opening the spectrum of their visitors.

TwitchCon also has a new director, former streamer Krystal Herring, with 10 years of experience on the platform, we all hope that he knows how to bring to the event things that have never been seen and that the community might like. In an attempt to promote Twitch's upcoming mobile app, the new director insists that content creators will ensure that people unable to access the event feel like they are there.

Event times and ticket prices are currently unknown, but this is expected to change soon. However, those eager to get their information can find details about things like accommodation here . Finally, and perhaps most interestingly, Twitch has offered discounts on hotel rooms near the event venue this year.
