NVIDIA video moving Final Fantasy XV at 4K @ 60FPS, with an NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti?

NVIDIA responds to Hajime Tabata, development director of Final Fantasy XV, with a video where the game would be seen in 4K @ 60FPS resolution, with an NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti graphics card.

A few days ago we echoed that Hajime Tabata, director of the Final Fantasy XV game, had ensured that the [amazon_textlink asin = 'B06XXC4J6T' text = 'NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti' template = 'ProductLink' store = 'hardwa028-21 ′ marketplace = 'ES' link_id = '54c71993-8e7d-11e7-b5ff-ab92725dbc18 ′] could not move this game in 4K @ 60FPS resolution and neither had they succeeded, stably with a GTX 1080 Ti SLI at minimal rate of 60FPS. Well, NVIDIA has come out to demonstrate that Final Fantasy XV can be moved in 4K @ 60FPS resolution and to demonstrate it has left a video on its YouTube channel.

The video is very good and it is very beautiful, but there are several factors that force us to calm down about it. That the video has been captured at 4K is something that cannot be argued, but that of 60FPS can already be discussed, because there is no FPS meter within the playback, therefore there are some doubts about it. It may be that NVIDIA has more optimized drivers for this game and has used the game to demonstrate once again, the power of graphics with Pascal GPUs and demonstrate that in the end, 4K @ 60FPS would be possible.

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition differs from the console versions, as it will be much better graphically and will hit the market in 2018, after that on consoles, but Hajime says it will be worth it. Windows 10 will be needed yes or yes and it will be on Steam and Origin, for purchase. The official requirements are still unknown. Now, it should also be noted that NVIDIA launched the Volta graphics cards in 2018, so if in the end the 4K does not pull, it will be a matter of waiting for Volta and that's it. It should be noted that less than 1% of Steam users play in 4K, so this discussion is somewhat superfluous.
