Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone no longer fit on a 250GB SSD

CoD Warzone is already huge on the hard drive. It's a lot if we only want to play one game mode.

When Activision launched a mode battle royale of Call of Duty, made it a part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the reboot that arrived in 2019. It is downloaded via Battle.net, and users have expressed dissatisfaction with the sheer size of the game many times.

Too much content to play a single game mode

What is the content size of Call of Duty Modern Warfare with CoD Warzone mode? Well, more than 250GB in size, and growing. That means that we have to dedicate an already obscene amount of size to a single game.

Especially it weighs on the SSDs, which we have probably bought recently so that the game goes as fast as possible. But until recently they did not exceed 250GB and therefore cannot contain all of CoD Warzone because the game forces you to download the campaign and multiplayer mode even though you are only going to access the battle royale mode.

So, if you want to make space on your hard drive, you may want to uninstall Call of Dury Modern Wrafare and its Warzone mode. It is already a lot of size for a single game or mode. Activision has yet to comment on how it plans to deal with the growing size of the game.

Above all, because at the end of the year Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War arrives. What will happen to the Warzone mode that CoD players have spent a lot of time on? Will they make us keep the Modern Warfare 250GB? Will everything carry over to Black Ops Cold War? Will both games have Warzone mode? These are questions we ask ourselves because they only warn the Call of Duty community problem that is fragmented with the launch of the annual titles.
