Metro Exodus developer says it could be console exclusive if sales are not good

A developer of the Metro Exodus appears who says that if sales are not good, it will not reach Steam or the Epic Games Store, it will be only for consoles.

It seems that the industry has learned absolutely nothing from the unprecedented ostia of Battlefield V because of a regrettable management by Electronic Arts. We say this because the developers of Metro Exodus, the studio 4A Games has threatened not to reach PC. If the game is not sold properly, it will disappear from the Epic Games Store and will never reach Steam. The company could bring it only to desktop consoles.

Metro Exodus does not even reach the Epic Games Store

This threat has been spilled by 'Scynet', a developer at 4A Games. He also admits that the announcement only a month before it was exclusive to the Epic Games store has not been a completely correct strategy. He wanted to make it clear that those users who download them illegally will do so anyway and are not the players they are targeting. Take stick.

He has also threatened all PC gamers who intend to boycott the game. If they do, this title may never come out on PC. The question is, how many users will decide not to buy the game because of this senseless stupidity? We should also know what the minimum threshold of sales is so that it is not taken to the console, exclusively.

It should be noted that this is a developer pot output and may have nothing to do with reality. If it were, the company would have a serious problem and would choose the same strategy as EA, which we already know how it has worked with Battlefield V. We sincerely hope that it is only a pot out of a developer, for the saga of the saga.
