The multimedia franchise The Lord of the Rings will receive a new video game in two years. Daedalic Entertainment has announced that they have acquired the rights to create a new game based on the works of JRR Tolkien and films by Peter Jackson.

A new Gollum story, in video game format

Under the name of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, the creators of Deponia and the adaptation of The Pillars of the Earth will tell us about a new series of events starring the character who found the One Ring. This story will try to be true to the spirit of the books.
