Left 4 Dead 3 is not being developed by Valve and they have no interest in it

The most important video game store on the market is Steam, the famous platform developed by Valve. This platform allows you to buy a game and have it always available without having to store a copy. The company, with this platform and its popular games, does not need to continue developing games that are not known how they will turn out. For this very reason, Valve has flatly denied that they are developing Left 4 Dead 3.

A few days ago it began to be said that the Left 4 Dead 3 game was under development by Valve. Gabe Newell's company has made it very clear that reality is light years away from these rumors. They wanted to make it very clear that they are not working on the third installment of the saga.

Valve flatly denies working on Left 4 Dead 3

Arvin Wang Gaylin, HTC Executive, said in a slide that Valve was working on Half-Life: Alyx and Left 4 Dead 3. The aim of these two games would be to give a boost to the virtual reality industry. Despite this, Valve has wanted to make it clear that everything is speculation and "misinformation."

We have seen rumors of this type in recent months. We briefly explored the opportunities of a next-gen Left 4 Dead 3 a few years ago. But we're definitely not working on anything Left 4 Dead related now or in the last few years.

It is clear that there are people who have had fun creating misinformation to make fans and the press dizzy. Unfortunately, a new Left 4 Dead game is not something we are working on right now.

It is clear from this that Valve has not the slightest interest in developing games. This had already become clear with the Half-Life tacit cancellation and the dismissal of a large part of the developers of the second installment.
