Intel has released two preliminary lists of games incompatible with Alder Lake CPUs due to the failure to CPU verify Denuvo's anti-piracy system. It should be said that the lists are separated into games that work in Winodws 11 and those that do not, so to play some games it is possible that you have to upgrade the version of the operating system.

Intel confirmed that there is a workaround that involves going into the CPU settings and disabling the efficiency cores through the BIOS. This is because Denuvo takes these cores as part of a different system and therefore believes that the game is a pirated copy.
