Overwatch's third anniversary event begins tomorrow

As in every Overwatch anniversary, we can get skins, dances and more from past events. New special aspects of this event will be added and we will be able to play old game modes.

As it happens at the end of May since Overwatch turned one year on the market, Blizzard will soon put the anniversary event in its multiplayer shooter. The dates for this event are from tomorrow, May 21 to June 10 in all versions of the game.

Anniversary means skins, dances, phrases and much more in Overwatch

Continuing the tradition of previous anniversary events, we'll be able to obtain the collectibles that appear in loot boxes from other Overwatch events. This means that in addition to the collectibles dedicated to this era, we'll be able to get those from the Archives, Lunar New Year, Halloween, the Summer Olympics, and Christmas.

And as usual in each event, we will get a loot box just for accessing the game during the duration of the game. Just by entering, although we warn you that when it starts tomorrow at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. (Spanish peninsular time), the servers will be crashed and we will have to wait a long time in line.

All the loot boxes that we get when playing Overwatch during the event will be anniversary, level-up, player recommendation system and arcade mode. That means that every week we can get three boxes from the Overwatch anniversary event to get costumes, graffiti, victory poses and others that we could not get when they were available through past events; and if it does not touch us we can buy them with virtual currencies. Several game modes will also rotate in the Arcade mode, both weekly and daily, which will be the perfect opportunity to try those modes if we did not do it and get their respective loot boxes.
