Red Dead Redemption 2 is sold out on Amazon USA for Playstation 4

According to a blog of fans of the Rockstar game, the reserves of the next western game, Red Dead Redemption 2, for the Playstation 4 platform have been exhausted. There is no official release date yet.

The game's fan site, RDR2.com, has reported that pre-orders on Amazon USA have sold out for Red Dead Redemption 2, which is expected to be released this fall or winter. According to the fan site, the sheer number of pre-orders for the Rockstar title, which still lacks a release date, has been unprecedented.

Apparently, the game is still available for pre-order both online and digitally across many retailers, but Amazon USA has sold out of all PlayStation 4 units for its upcoming fall release, or at least that's what the online store has told all users who have inquired. The Xbox One version is still available for pre-order, but the PS4 version has been so popular that no more pre-orders are being accepted. It's important to note that this situation only applies to the main Amazon website, so if you access one of its subsidiaries, such as Amazon Spain , it will be available without any problems.

Red Dead Redemption 2 was showcased in a trailer on October 20th on the Rockstar Games website . Since then, rumors have been swirling about the game's release date, which remains unknown. Hopefully, at the upcoming E3 2017, Rockstar will offer some gameplay footage to demonstrate the game's development progress and provide an official release date for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
