Minimum and recommended requirements for Lies of P, the "Pinocchioborne"
In the absence of an official version of Bloodborne on PC, PC gamers have been paying a lot of attention to Lies of P since trailers and information started to come out. Many have called it "Pinocchioborne" or "Pinocchio Bloodborne" to refer to the game.
Partly because of its mechanics, and partly because of its European Victorian setting, more in keeping with the original story of Pinocchio written by Carlo Collodi, than Disney's sweetened version. This year it is scheduled to be released on consoles, and on PC.
What do you need to play Lies of P on PC
A few hours ago, the trailer appeared to announce the launch of the game, which will finally be in August, six months from now. So, being at the end of February, there are about six months left so that we can play Lies of P.
Now, it's time to talk about the minimum and recommended requirements for Lies of P, which have been published on the game's official Steam page. The requirements are the following:
Lies of P Minimum Requirements
- Windows 10 64-bit operating system.
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-7500
- 8 GB of RAM
- AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB graphics card
- DirectX version 12
Lies of P Recommended Requirements
- Windows 10 64-bit operating system.
- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7 8700 processor.
- 16 GB of RAM
- AMD Radeon RX 6700 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card
- DirectX version 12
As you can see, the requirements are not particularly high, although it is understandable given that they have yet to release it on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, due in part to the fact that there has been a shortage of consoles that makes it impractical not to release the game on consoles with tens of millions of units sold. That means that, at least officially, we can play it with a PC with a configuration of almost ten years ago. Now, it only remains to wait until August, and see how a Korean team, either intentionally or accidentally, tries to fill the gap of not having a PC version of Bloodborne.
