Sony has made official the release of a Playstation 4 edition of the upcoming Nier game: Automata Emil Edition.
Sony has decided to launch exclusively for the Japanese market an edition of Playstation 4: Nier Automata Emil Edition, a customized model with decorations of the Emil character from the next Platinum Games game: Nier Automata. The launch of this console will be on February 23 along with the official launch of the game in Japan.
There will be two versions available that will go on sale next February. The first model will be the standard 500 Gb for 33.480 yen, the second model will be the 1tb for about 38.480 yen respectively. Then we leave you with the images of the personalized PS4 model.
The Playstation 4 both 500 GB and 1 TB include on the upper part of the case the dark smiling face of the mask with which Yoko Taro announced the game. On the other hand, the theme of the game will be included within the console itself with a special packaging. For now, these editions will be sold in Japan when the title comes out and there is no official confirmation if these editions will reach Europe.
Nier Automata is set on a devastated Earth and will show the intense combat between the Yorha android units, created by humans, against a series of alien machine-organisms that will force humanity to leave Earth and flee to the moon. The game will arrive on February 23 in Japan and a month later on March 10 will arrive in Europe. The title created by Platinum Games will arrive with Spanish subtitles and will have the option of incorporating the voices in English or Japanese. For now, this edition of Playstation 4 will be launched in the Japanese market.
