Undertale creator Toby Fox has shared via tweet a link to a mysterious website about which we know practically nothing. The video game that appears to be announced is called Delta Rune.
The web gives us some confusing information in both English and Japanese.
If we search for delta rune on Google, the easiest thing is to end up in an Undertale forum (Toby Fox's previous game) that explains to us that "Delta Rune" is an emblem that represents the royal family of Dreemurr, so I'm not going to assume anything by saying that it has to do with the first installment of Undertale because I might be wrong but that's what seems the most likely at least to me. In addition, the application confirms any relation with the royal family of Dreemurr, which I will now talk about.
I have installed the application that you share on your website called “survey program” and this is what I have been able to see:
1- A series of questions with a very deep and enigmatic air. He asks us our favorite things and fears.
2- He asks us to create a character and our name and then tell us that such a character will not exist and that we cannot decide what to call ourselves in the world that presents us.
3- We wake up in a house and we are informed that our name is Kris and that Asriel will visit us next week (of which by the way the race of the woman who awakens us is the same as Asriel, but we are human).
4- He drives us to school, hugs us and lets us go to our class. Where the teacher is .. Alphys. For now everything looks like before the incident in Undertale, because everything is happy and colorful. Professor Alphys tells us that we have to select a co-worker and practically every Christ already has one because we are late.

Honestly, the program seems to be a DEMO or additional content for a new video game that is going to arrive (It would be called Delta Rune and it tells us a curious legend that I want to know more about). I will not give more details because I have loved it and I recommend trying it, it is free and can be downloaded in the following link. Toby Fox certainly knows how to get a good marketing campaign and he knows how to make his games interesting.
