A Fallout 76 player who played 900 hours has been banned because Bethesda believed he was cheating
This very dedicated player was banned from Fallout 76 because he had a lot of ammo. The player claims to have obtained all that ammunition legally. Bethesda doesn't think you can get that much playing fair, even with someone spending that much time.
Once again Bethesda and its Fallout 76 give us news that does not say anything good about their game or the company. A player has dedicated almost a thousand hours to the game, about 900. The game came out a little over 100 days ago, so he has spent at least nine hours a day playing if we do some quick calculations. Thanks to this, he has a lot of material in his inventory that has led to a ban from the game.
Bethesda believes that carrying “a lot of ammo” in Fallout 76 is impossible
The story can be summed up as Bethesda does not believe that anyone can be good enough to have a surplus of bullets and energy magazines among other ammunition. Not to mention that the player has played 900 hours despite the many technical problems of the game or the small amount of content that have made Fallout 76 one of the biggest stories of recent years about a disaster in video games.
For all intents and purposes they have kicked one of their very dedicated fans out of the game. Possibly one of the few players who regularly play Fallout 76 and keep the game universe alive, which relies heavily on interactions with other players.
The player explains that he has all that ammo because he swaps it between his two accounts to decide which guns to focus on. He also has a special ability that reduces the weight of the ammunition he carries, allowing him to carry huge amounts of bullets with him.
The ban that the user has received is indefinite until Bethesda finds a possible bug and fixes it, but seeing that everything has been achieved legitimately, the company may have to retract. The player has explained that it is possible that the alarm went off because he has two Fallout 76 characters between whom the ammunition is passed to be able to experiment with different weapons.
