Bethesda users say they can enter to see user tickets and personal data
A major security flaw on the Bethesda website allowed users to view the data of users who had opened a ticket.
Some of the folks who have submitted their tickets to get their replacement Fallout 76 duffel bag have come across a surprise: They have been given access to parts of the Bethesda support system, including the ability to open and close tickets, as well as the possibility of consulting the personal information of the clients.

Since the security flaw was detected, access has been closed, but not before several Reddit users and different company forums claimed that they have been shown all kinds of data that should not be shown. An example we have with the user Jessiepie who says:
“I am receiving each of your support tickets on my Bethesda account. Most are the receipts for your armor kit requesting the new bag. These receipts contain all of your information. Your email address and the card you used to purchase this extremely confusing game. "
User RadioactiveTrinket comments:
"Today I went to the support website to update my ticket and surprisingly (or not) ended up seeing all kinds of tickets with people putting their personal data on them, like screenshots of receipts, names, addresses, etc."

The Bethesda community manager's response in the forum thread (with two balls, all be said) said, "Hey guys, we've solved this issue." The truth is that everything that is happening with this game is a real disaster, since firstly the game presents many problems and now a serious security hole that cannot be understood for a company of this level.
