Youtube TV is already available in some cities of the USA

At the beginning of February, the immeasurable online content platform, YouTube, announced its service that would stand up to the operators that offered cable television programming. And today has been the official day on which this service has finally been put on sale in five cities in the USA, in this case they are: San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Philadelphia.

With a month of trial we will be able to access a multitude of television channels from our mobiles, tablets or computers. After this free month, if we want to continue using this service, we will have to pay $ 35 per month (we will not know how many euros it will be when it is available in Spain). On the other hand, we can also enjoy the DVR service, this allows the recording of multiple programs simultaneously, all of them being stored in the Google cloud for a maximum period of nine months and without any storage limit.

First of all, the available channels are quite enough but even so, YouTube has promised that some cable stations such as AMC, BBC America, IFC, Sundance TV, WE TV and BBC World News will be added, and these will have no additional cost. Some of the most important that are already operational are: ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, Fox Sports Networks, Comcast SportsNet.

Finally, users who already have devices like Roku, Amazon Fire Stick and Chromecast at home will be able to send YouTube TV and thus have much easier control and handling. We see many advantages in this new service and many of us are already looking forward to it reaching Spain, but if you don't have a good enough connection, say goodbye to watching good quality streams without constant stops.
