Zotac Introduces Three Different Versions of the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti

Zotac has introduced three graphics cards based on the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti, two of which could be clocked higher than the factory, called the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme and the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition.

The arrival of the new NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti has left us with a large number of graphics cards customized by various companies. Among others, Zotac has introduced custom graphics cards, featuring three different versions of the GTX 1080 Ti. Specifically, it has presented the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme, the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP Edition and the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti, without more. The differences between graphics cards are based on the heatsink that each one incorporates and on the frequencies, of which we do not have excessive data.

We first have the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMD Extreme, which incorporates a rather impressive heatsink that incorporates three fans to efficiently cool the graphics card. This graphics card integrates the IceStorm heatsink and an ExoArmor backplate to cool the graphics card and prevent it from bending. The most powerful of the three graphics cards has 0dB technology that stops the fans when the graphics card is not under load. This has a custom PCB layout with a 16 + 2 power phase layout. In addition to the three DisplayPort and HDMI, this chart has DVI video output. The frequencies have not been revealed custom, but factory OC store, surely.

We move on to the second version, which we will call 'normal', which has a two-fan heatsink that allows efficient cooling. According to Zotac performance, it has a 16 + 2 phase power system. This graphics card will have OC from the factory, surely, although these frequencies will be lower than those of the Extreme version. This graphics card has the same outputs as the original NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti, but in addition to a DVI port.

Finally we have the 'basic' version, which has the same features as the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti, without increased frequencies through overclocking and without modification of the PCB. The heatsink is slightly different from NVIDIA's factory heatsink, but similar in structure to the Founders Edition of the GTX 1080 Ti. It has the same video outputs as the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti.
