PES 2019 swapped for Detroit Become Human on PS Plus this month
It was planned to be the PES 2019 but Sony decided to change the PS Plus and put the Detroit Become Human, to the anger of some and the joy of others
After the last change, there is a lot of commotion and a lot of upset people. Sony removed PES 2019 and gave subscribers the digital deluxe edition of Detroit: Become Human. On the other hand, they will also get the PlayStation 4 version of Heavy Rain as part of this month's sale. Heavy Rain was already delivered last year in July 2018 via PS Plus.
Sony has not commented on the changes at the last minute of the games it gives away. It's rare for the company to alter the list of free PS Plus offers. The different PlayStation agreements with third parties have been able to lead to this decision. Sony's relationship with EA Sports, more specifically with FIFA, is known. Or perhaps it is related to the complaints of several users who criticized Sony making this game free, having already had the PES 2019 LITE version free for a long time.

We won't know the real reason until Sony makes a statement, but everything indicates that we will not have first-hand information about the real reason for the game change. Sony should have given PES 2019, as promised in the beginning and not change games at the last minute and without explanations.
Detroit Become Human will also be released for PC via the Epic Games Store. This summer the demo will be released and in the fall the full game will be released. But it is not the only Quantic Dream game that we are going to be able to play on PC. Heavy Rain is already available from June 24 and Beyond: Two Souls will be on July 27.
