Animal Crossing Pocket Camp receives paid subscriptions

Like Mario Kart Tour did, now they want to collect money regularly in the Animal Crossing of mobiles. They are two subscriptions that can be complemented.

To try to get more money from its users, Nintendo had the idea that Mario Kart Tour on mobile phones has a paid subscription so that players can, among other things, access higher difficulty modes. It seems that it has gone more or less well because yesterday they began to put subscriptions in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp for mobiles.

Pay to take care of your camp and receive items

The curious thing about the subscriptions that they have introduced in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp is that each one has its functions and they are totally complementary. That means they want us to pay for up to two subscriptions at a time for a single mobile game.

The first of the subscriptions allows us to have one of the animals from our camp in our charge and to collect objects and rewards and help us on missions. The other gives us fortune cookies on a regular basis and allows us to store furniture and clothing in warehouses.

This change comes two years after Animal Crossing Pocket Camp came to mobile, which was moderately successful. Perhaps this way they make players believe that by investing money they have to take advantage of the game more time and visit it regularly. It is a possibility and we do not rule out that it is part of your reasoning for subscribing to a mobile game for almost two years. As said when the Mario Kart Tour subscription came out, for the same price you can subscribe to Apple Arcade if you have an iPhone or iPad, or Play Pass if you have an Android terminal and play complete games without problems without advertising.
