Galaxy Note 10 receives IP69 certification, the highest protection against dust and water

Samsung manages to certify the Galaxy Note 10 with the highest protection that exists against dust and water. It is the first mobile to achieve this perfect certification against the elements and dirt.

Many companies are increasingly considering it important to certify their phones against dust and water with the well-known IP rating, and the Galaxy Note 10 is no exception. While some don't want to pay for the tests, as OnePlus did by simply filming themselves dropping the phone into a bucket of water, many consider it worthwhile to withstand the test and prove it, and for Samsung, it's worth it, even if it leads to potentially misleading advertising.

Samsung continues to go all out for the Galaxy Note 10, so much so that they've achieved something that seemed impossible: the most comprehensive protection they can certify without it being a heavy-duty phone . They've achieved IP69 certification, making it completely dustproof and highly water-resistant, meaning it should withstand being dropped in sand and submerged in up to one meter of normal water (as long as it's not heavily chlorinated or salty).

This applies to all Note 10 series phones, which promise to be two different sizes, in the absence of their presentation on August 7, where all the official information on the matter would be given. As usual, until that date all are rumors, so it is possible that it is both true information and possibly exaggerated by an uninformed leak.
