Cyberpunk 2077 release delayed until November 19
Initially, the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 was due at the beginning of the year, but the company delayed it to September 17. A few months before the date comes CD Projekt RED announces that they have to delay its release to November 19. The company emphasizes that their delay is due to wanting to launch a product that is well polished.
The initial delay also occurred for this reason, because the company wanted to launch a good, very complete product. It seems that they have run into more problems than initially expected and have been forced to delay again. Although not mentioned directly, the coronavirus may have affected the company's plans.

Cyberpunk 2077 release delayed again
We have decided to move the release of Cyberpunk 2077 from September 17 to November 19. Those of you who are familiar with the way we make games know that we are not shipping something that is not ready.
At the time of writing, Cyberpunk 2077 is done both when it comes to content and gameplay. The missions, scenes, skills and objects; all the adventures that Night City offers, it's all there. But with such an abundance of content and complex systems intertwined with each other, we will need to review everything correctly, balance the game mechanics and fix a lot of bugs.
CD Projekt RED statement on Twitter
So it's finally pushed back to November 19, to deliver a game that's as polished as possible or that meets company standards. Cyberpunk 2077's delay may also have to do with the new consoles that will be released during that period. It may be one of the first Ray Tracing games to debut on Sony and / or Microsoft consoles. It will be time to wait.
